1. Booking and Payment
1.1 Reservation: A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit or full payment, as specified in the booking details. The remainder must be paid 31 days before arrival.
1.2 Payment Methods: We accept Credit Cards (with a fee), Venmo, and Zelle
1.3 Cancellation Policy:
50% of paid prepayments are refundable when canceled 30 days or more before arrival. 0% refundable if canceled after. No security deposit due at time of booking, but required before beginning of stay ($179 non-refundable option or $2000 fully refundable option).
2. Check-In and Check-Out
2.1 Check-In Time: Check-in begins at 4:00 pm. Early Check-ins do incur additional charges if approved.
2.2 Check-Out Time: Guests are required to check out by 10:00 am. Late check-outs incur additional charges if approved.
3. House Rules
3.1 Occupancy: The maximum occupancy is 20. Additional guests may result in eviction without refund.
3.2 Pets: Dogs allowed with pre-approval and payment of $250/pet. Max of 2. Must be house-trained, well-behaved (no scratching/biting of furniture).
3.3 No Smoking/Vaping on property
3.4 Noise: Guests are expected to respect neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours. (10:00 pm - 7:00 am). City of Sedona noise and light ordinance 10:00 pm - 7:00 am (no outside noise or lights during these times)
4. Property Care
4.1 Damages: Guests are responsible for any damages to the property and its contents. A security deposit is required.
4.2 Cleaning: Guests are expected to leave the property in the same condition as at check-in and follow the check-out instructions. Additional cleaning fees may apply for excessive mess.
4.3 Pool can be heated with pre-approval and a $125/day fee. The owner will set it to 84 degrees if the outside temperature averages above 60 degrees.

Our family is from Phoenix and had visited Sedona for a friend's getaway. We loved our visit, and that weekend, we attended an open house and purchased our first vacation home in Uptown that is called Silver Sage.

After a few months of owning Silver Sage, we found this beautiful home near the Chapel of the Holy Cross. It is completely different from Silver Sage, but it is also one of our favorite places to visit. We love going with friends and families and enjoying the beautiful red rocks, and just hanging out in our fun home.
We have put so much love into this home so that our guests can have the most memorable and fun stay. We love repeat guests and hope that each visit they can fall in love with beautiful Sedona and our home Chapel Palace.
Enjoy all the fun spaces in the home, or retreat to your own private suite. Either way, if there is anything we can help with along the way, we're just a phone/text away. "Words cannot express how amazing this home is. There is nothing that was not thought of and it is the perfect place to be with a large family. Each suite is perfectly appointed and the common areas are very comfortable. Everyone had their own space when they wanted to but there are many large spaces also to congregate as a group. The game rooms add an extra special touch and our family pool tournament will live in our memories forever. Having been to Sedona many times, I can say that this house is in the perfect location-quite and private but minutes away from all of the hiking trails and shops/restaurants. Claire was very quick to respond to any question that we had and truly is the perfect host. We absolutely cannot wait to return!"

"Beautiful house w/spectacular views. Stayed here w/my family celebrating my 80th bday. Great location and close to Sedona. From the back patio you can you can see views of the chapel of the Holy Cross right in the red rocks. We walked to it as was a short walk from the house. On the second floor of the back bedroom of the house there are great views and great picture opportunities especially of the red rocks and chapel. Plenty of hiking trails nearby. Complimentary K cups f/the Keurig and coffee for the reg coffee maker. In laundry room, 2 sets of washers and dryers and another fridge which is good to store waters etc. We had chefs come 2 nites to cook dinner f/us and they remarked that the kitchen was one of the best equipped kitchen they had seen in the area. Pool table and shuffle board and ping bong tables upstairs which my grandsons enjoyed. Claire is a very responsive host and answered all our questions. Loved the house and will never forget my 80th bday in Sedona."

"The Chapel Palace is outstanding! Our family had original plans changed and we reached out to Claire to request a last minute booking. She was friendly, responsive and we loved that instructions for booking, check-in, house rules and check out were super clear.
The home is perfect for a large family gathering. It is well decorated with lovely, King ensuites and comfortable mattresses (so important especially after day long hiking!). The home was immaculate and literally had everything we needed.
The kitchen is fully stocked. Our family loved the game rooms for all of us to play! Ping pong and shuffle board were a hit!
The hot tub after hiking was a dream. We hiked over 50 miles during our stay. Sedona is beautiful and this house is close to all the best trails and a short drive to town for restaurants and shopping.
The stars outside at night and the javelina and coyote sightings were a bonus!

"Chapel Palace is a gorgeous home, lovingly and attentively furnished with every amenity a large group could want. The bedrooms are spacious, and the beds are super comfy! The family room is so relaxed, we took advantage of playing ping pong, and pool. The kitchen is easy to work in, especially for a group who likes to cook. We had great meals indoors or out by the pool, and enjoyed the hot tub too. I can’t say enough good things about this home - it made our family vacation in Sedona even more special. The house is spacious without feeling empty, the outdoor space is extremely functional and cozy, and the panoramic views of the rock formations are unbeatable. Highly highly recommended!! This Airbnb truly felt like a home away from home! Every luxury and comfort you could want was thoughtfully provided, making our stay absolutely perfect. The views were breathtaking and the location was ideal - just close enough to town for convenience, but still offering a peaceful retreat. Communication with Claire was above and beyond, she was incredibly responsive and made everything seamless. A true, Superhost. The floor plan was incredible, offering both space and coziness. We loved the indoor and outdoor fireplaces, the beautiful porch and upstairs deck, the relaxing hot tub while stargazing. The master suite was a quiet retreat for my wife while the downstairs area was perfect for visiting and enjoying the TV without disturbance. This was our third trip to Sedona over the years and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting there as it exceeded all expectations.

This is the most amazing Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Claire was incredible. She was very responsive and was wonderful to work with. When we open the doors we were filled with happiness. This house is absolutely incredible. All of the rooms are master bedrooms with the most comfortable beds and Tempur-pedic mattresses and cloud soft down comforters. We had the best sleep, which is nice when you come home from a day of hiking. The entire house was pristine and immaculately cleaned. The design and decor of the house were absolutely fabulous. We definitely felt like we were at home. There were so many things for the kids to do, we were never bored. From the shuffleboard table to the movie theater, pool table, ping-pong, table, pool, hot tub. There was so much fun activities to do. We look forward to staying here for every visit. My eight grandkids enjoyed the pool, movie theater and pool table. The house had plenty of space for all of us. We visited a lot of different areas during our 6 days in Sedona and found our location was perfect.
